Congratulations to our talented winner! This year's Pumpkin Decorating Contest brought incredible creativity, and we were impressed by the effort and artistry that went into each entry. After careful consideration, we're excited to announce that the citizens of Bellmead selected Pinocchio. Our city Secretary, Shannon Garcia, decorated the winning pumpkin.
