The City of Bellmead is now accepting sealed bids for BID #2025.2 – Debris Removal at the following locations:
- 2307 Taylor Street
- 2313 Taylor Street
- Property ID 122879 on Taylor Street
Scope of Work:
Removal and proper disposal of debris, rubbish, trash, machinery, vehicles, tractors, motor homes, and other items scattered across three properties. The selected contractor must complete all work within 30 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed.
Key Dates:
- Release Date: Tuesday, August 12, 2025
- Pre-Bid Meeting (Optional but Recommended): Friday, August 22, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. CST – starting at 2307 Taylor Street and continuing to the other two properties. This will be the only opportunity to access the interior of the properties.
- Deadline for Questions: Monday, August 25, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. CST
- Bid Submission Deadline: Friday, August 29, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. CST
