Please use the links listed in the green ribbon on the left of the Civic Center page. From there you can read the Civic Center Rental Policy and complete the reservation request form for your desired room. Civic Center staff will contact you to discuss your request and guide you through the rest of the rental process.

Civic Center personnel will do a one-time set up of your room as you direct and will pick up / put away all tables and chairs after the event.
As the renter, it is your responsibility to remove all items you brought into the facility. Utensils/glassware, table coverings, decorations, etc. must be taken home or placed into the garbage cans provided. All items must be removed, and all trash must be placed into the dumpster located outside the Civic Center to receive your full deposit refund.

The Civic Center has a state-of-the-art audio / visual system with 3 electric projection screens, wireless microphones, podiums, coffee makers, microwaves, warmer boxes, refrigerators and a commercial grade ice machine all at no additional cost. In addition, the Auditorium can provide the use of a stage, background music and a sound system perfect for conferences or banquets. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the center. No. Deposits are paid and processed independently of rental fees. Deposits are fully refundable as long as you meet all the requirements and obligations in your rental agreement/contract.

Refunds are issued via check from Bellmead City Hall and are typically mailed within 14 business days of the completion of your event.

Our rectangle tables are 6' x 30" and are standard table height. These tables typically seat six people.
Our round tables are 60" and are standard height. These tables typically seat eight people. Round tables are only used in the Auditorium.

No appointment needed! We just ask that you come before 4pm on regular business days. Our Civic Center office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, except for City holidays. We will be happy to show you our facility and event spaces.

No. All security for events held at Bellmead Civic Center are scheduled through the Bellmead Police Department.

No animals or pets are permitted in the building except seeing-eye dogs and other legitimate assistance animals. Provisions must be provided for their safety and prevention of damage to the facility. Additional insurance and/or deposits may be required.
