The Bellmead Civic Center is available for rental for all types of occasions. The Civic Center consists of three rooms: Auditorium, Lions Room, and the Senior Room. Call us to see the facility or with any general questions. Reservations may be made online or in person at the Civic Center.

Alcohol/Security
There is an additional $300 deposit, per room, required for any event which has alcohol present. This deposit is in addition to the room deposits, security charges and room rental fee.
A City of Bellmead Police Officer is required to be present at teenage events and any event at which alcohol is sold, served and/or consumed. No exceptions. Please contact Lt Jonathan Grisham, Bellmead Police Department, at jgrisham@bellmeadtx.gov or 254-799-0251 to request security and complete your security agreement.
Security fees of $50 Per Officer, per Hour is charged by, and paid directly to, the officers providing the security service. There is a minimum charge of four (4) hours. Any additional hours are allowed at the discretion of, and upon written approval from, the Bellmead Police Department. Your actual alcohol time window will be reflected in your signed Security Agreement. The Auditorium will require the presence of two (2) officers for all events requiring security. The Lions Room and the Senior Room will each require one officer per room.

Add-ons
Bridal Room Rental - $50.00 -Rental of the Bridal Room may only be added to an existing room rental request.
Extra Hours on Rentals - $100 Per Hour (Any Room)
Room Reset Fee- $100 charge per reset if staff is requested/required to make changes to the table and chair layout after the room has already been set as directed in the rental agreement.

No Charge for Use of Room Projector, Wi-Fi nor Use of Shared Kitchen
All deposits must be paid in full prior to the reservation being approved. Full rental fee payment are due two weeks prior to event. Your reservation request and Civic Center Rental Policy will become your contract. Please read them carefully.
Non-Profit Organizations
For events occurring between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday - Friday, non-profit organizations may book rooms at the special rate of $25 per hour (holidays excluded). Proof of non-profit status may be required.
