William A "Billy" Devorsky Park is located at the intersection of Parrish, Queens, Elling and Beauregard Streets.  It is a hidden gem in Bellmead's Parks system.

The park includes a play structure, swing set, a basketball goal, a t-ball back stop, two pavilions and a 1/4 mile walking path. 

Rates

There is a 2-hour minimum on all rentals.

• Pavilion G (Closest to the parking lot): $25 per hour

  • + $100 Damage and Cleaning Deposit

• Pavilion H (Closest to the play structure): $25 per hour

  • + $100 Damage and Cleaning Deposit

Park will remain open to the general public. You will have sole access to the pavilion(s) designated in the rental agreement, however the public will have access to other areas of the park to include playground, basketball court, backstop and viewing areas.

Ensure that setup and cleanup times are included in your reserved time. The reservation will not be complete/held until the deposit is paid in full. Deposits may be paid online or in person at the Civic Center. Credit Card Payments will not be accepted over the phone.

All fees/deposits must be paid in full prior to the reservation being approved.  Rental fees are due no less than seven (7) days prior to the rental date.

For rental changes or cancellations, please call 254-799-2418 (Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm).

Notice Concerning Alcohol

Alcohol is strictly prohibited in City of Bellmead Parks without written authorization from Parks and Recreation.

All fees/deposits must be paid in full prior to the reservation being approved.  Rental fees are due no less than seven (7) days prior to the rental date.
