Scheduled Hearings (Dockets)

All court rules of decorum must be followed or participants will be removed from the hearing and/or charged with contempt of court. The court rules of decorum can be found below. Failure to appear for a scheduled hearing may result in the issuance of a failure to appear violation, warrants, and/or a hold or suspension of your driver's license.

Judge's Session Dockets

All Judge's Session Dockets including arraignment hearings, juvenile arraignment hearings, show cause hearings, indigent hearings, and trials will be held in person beginning in June of 2022 at the Municipal Court Building located at 3017 Bellmead Drive. Masks will be available but are not required. Be prepared to show a government-issued photo identification upon checking in with the bailiff.

Pre - Trial Conference Dockets

All Pre-Trial Conference Dockets are being held in person beginning in March of 2023 at the Municipal Court Building located at 3017 Bellmead Drive. Masks will be available but are not required. These conferences are not open to the public.

These conferences are private conferences between the prosecutor and the defendant. All participants are scheduled for the same time. You may be waiting from 30 minutes to several hours to be admitted to your meeting with the prosecutor. Please patiently wait your turn to meet with the prosecutor. If you leave prior to being admitted it will be considered a failure to appear.
